Avis is trying to **** me
I am stil waiting for a call back from anyone at Avis. I called in today and spoke to a lady named Nhlanhla. I wanted to find out when my deposit and excess refund (because the damages on the vehicle are less thsn R3500) be released and She told me someone from the branch will call me back because on her side it should they the vehicle returned to OR Tambo on the 29th, where as I returned the first vehicle ( which was damaged) on the 21st at AVIS Soweto and the replacement was returned on the 24th at Avis Krugersdrop.
All I want is for my money to be released. I need to also speak to my insurance to use a different service provider for car hire, because Avis is a ****

Please be advised that there was a delay in the rental being closed because a damage was noted on the rental. The vehicle was repaired hence the delay in closing the rental.
