Avis is the worst car rental to use!!!

What a horrible service. I have disputed charges instituted against my account but have not received any feedback as to why there were charged in the first place. Today there are additional charges in my account. They still have not paid my deposit. The Isando branch is fradulent!! I regret taking the courtesy car because the call centre agents have not helped me in any way. Extremely dissaponted, when do the charges end?
