Avis is stole my money..
I used your rental vehicle that was given to me via Mercedes-Benz and the day the car was delivered I paid the deposit. The vehicle was given back to you and to this day I did not receive my refund. On 30 April 2022 you took more money from my account. Arent you *****ing? I know you are going to ask for the rental number so here it is ***. YOU BETTER CALL ME AND EXPLAIN AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

17 May 2022, 13:26I have sent photos to Matshepo that I took on the day of delivery. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME WITH A FULL TANK SO I GAVE IT BACK THE EXACT WAY. Please test me on this and i will provide phone recordings, photos and emails I have sent. I have also not received my deposit which I paid in cash. Ernest gave me a paper to write down my banking details for the refund.... which never happened/
