Avis is so unreliable

I rented a car from Avis Musina on the 29th Nov to the 2nd December, rental agreement number E***, I took their car back on the 2nd and they said the money will be in my bank after 15 days, till today I'm still waiting. When I call Avis they say the money is in my bank, when I call the bank they say Avis took all the money, and on my bank statement it shows that Avis took all the money. I wonder who is fooling who here.
