After paying my account (deposit & installment) my account was debited again. I made the branch aware and although they picked up THEIR error I still haven't received my refund and any reassurance that I will. I only get told that they've sent emails to the relevant department which I asked several times to be forwarded them and I still havent Considering the time of the year and economic challenges we are facing now Avis has decided to put salt on the wound, that was money for my kids for school and for them to have decent meals for this festive season and they've literally taken that away from them. I'm at my wits end and In deep desperation I hope that someone from Avis can reach out and assist
