Avis is Quick to Pocket Ur Money and just as Quick to Dissapear

Absolutely shocking customer service, rented a vehicle last week of September 2019 still awaiting rental agreement, still awaiting deposit. I eventually called them re my deposit, rental agreement, the fact that there was absolutely no such a thing called customer care at Avis, not even a courtesy call. Well what do you know, after being promised it would be sorted within 2 to 3 days still nothing. I would not recommend Avis to anybody and will never make use of their services again, they quick to take your money and then it's as if they never existed....SHOCKING !!!
