Avis is a *****

shocking behavior from Avis PE. I rented a car when I took it, the gentlemen noted a dent on the door. I drove about 25km round trip to a funeral and back to the airport. On return the Avis gentlemen again noted the same dent and acknowledged that it had been there before I picked the car up. My brother was with me as an eye witness

I then get an sms from Avis to say they are debiting my car for the amount to fix the dent.

Upon contacting your call center I was told to contact Nadia Lawerence. I have attempted to phone her ( left over 10 messages at the reception) and many emails to her with no response back.

Today Avis has debited my account without prior consent from me. This is theft and *****.

I spoke to at least 3 other people who have experienced the exact same behavior from Avis, is this a new revenue stream to ***** money from your clients
