AVIS is reeping me off, claiming a car has damages after collection.

my brother as the additional driver dropped off the car and the gentleman from avis said all is ok without signing an inspection sheet.

i received my invoice for rental fee RA ********** 15 and R986.68 was deducted from my account as per the initial agreement.

Today an amount of R2812.56 is deducted from my account and they sent me invoice after i queried the transaction. the invoice was for damages and again R986.68 for rental fee.

How can i be charged for damages but the car was OK whilst being dropped OFF?? and again for rental fee.

worse they sent me an invoice after i requested it with E ********** 85
