My insurance company arranged a rental contract for me on 30 December 2019. The vehicle was collected at Kimberley Airport and no inspection was conducted upon collection. I took the car back to Zambezi branch in Pretoria on 18 January and was informed that the car has damages of which I will be charged for.

My issue is that an inspection was never done upon collection, why should I pay for damages I know nothing of???????
