AVIS is a ***** with unreachable customer service

Returned a van on the 26.Nov We are now TWO weeks later and no invoice or refund of deposit received.

Do not bother calling the customer "service" number which directs you to send an email. When you send the email, you get no response.

So, if you value your money - DO NOT rent with AVIS. This company that exists in South Africa is NOT a subsidiary of the international brand. This is a rip-off and a sham.

Read ALL the reviews and you will understand why their trust rating is almost 0.
