AVIS is a bunch of *******

They are just a bunch of ****sters and *******.

They delivered a vehicle to me with multiple scratches, a few dents and multiple windscreen chips on. The delivery person noted all of this in his report.

When I returned the vehicle they noted the dents, scratches and chips again and the delivery person came and agreed that it was pre-existing before we had the vehicle and that I received it as such and asked me to fill in a report mentioning this, which I did.

Low and behold 5 days later I get a call saying I should respond to these damages again and get asked what about the damages to the sump. I was absolutely shocked cause I was not aware of any damages to the sump and I also mentioned to them that the sump was not even inspected by myself or their delivery person when the car was delivered.

They then went ahead without my approval and while I was still disputing all of this and debited my account for a total of R6000 without providing any proof that these damages was caused by me.

I will not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do yourself a favour and do not use this company ever.
