Hired a car on the 10 Sept 2024, now getting my refund is a nightmare, the emotional and financial abuse i am getting from Avis, not to mention getting shouted at when i make follow ups, eveyday m told i will get my money in 5 days, or the bank is rejecting the payment, or they have done eft, a new story everyday.2 months of being made a fool for my money, this once are a a ****
