Car rental have become a ****. Vehicles are not inspected with an Avis employee when vehicles are received, nor when the vehicle is returned. Scratches are then identified which cannot be disputed. I'm very unhappy with this little insurance ****. Last time Avis will see me.... Buyers beware - ensure the vehicle is inspected with an Avis employee to prevent this. Even if its raining....
