Avis ignores customers concerning their refunds!!

<p>I am currently also experiencing the same issue, these guys at AVIS are quick to charge you but ignore you when you have to get your refund!!....they should know that when dealing with holidays cancellation are a possible occurance and thus should ensure that refund procedure is efficient and adequately designed to ensure return of business!!!</p>
