Avis i want my refund

I returned your car on January 24th, and as of today, February 27th, I have yet to receive my refund. I used my airtime to phone Avis Rand Airport, and I was informed that my payment will be processed. You provide poor service, so why should I beg you for my money? After more than a month, I WANT MY MONEY.
