Avis i want my money back

I rented a car with avis car rental lastyear on 2019/12/31 to 2020/01/05 and money was deducted from my account,then now on 2020/03/05 i was at work then saw that purchase was done at avis of R5328 then i contacted them to resolve the issue until today nobody ever helped me and Everytime i call them nobody answers my calls pls assist me as i have tried to reolve this.
