Avis holds on account

<p>Rented and returned a vehicle last week Tuesday. Avis have debited my account with the actual charge and also have not released their deposit holds and now account apears overdrawn. Cant transact. Phoned them Monday to release hold and promised to be done but todate nothing. Tried calling all morning the call centre phone just rings till it cuts with no answer!!!!</p>
