Avis hold your money

When collecting the rental vehicle, I paid a cash deposit as the refund turn around time was faster. Supposedly....Vehicle was returned with a full tank of fuel as well as no damages. After numerous mails and calls I'm still without any answer as to when I will receive my refund. Quick to take your money, but take your time to refund. Wish my Insurance had used another vehicle rental company.
