Avis hidden costs.
They are very good at getting you to rent their cars, but be careful. They can slap you with additional costs without any explanation. I rented a car from them in January. In middle March they debited my credit card with an additional R405 with no explanation. Now you try and query this transaction. It is virtually impossible.
