Avis Hatfield Are Rip-offs

Avis Hatfield is a Rip-off<br> <br> They took R1703 money from my bank account without informing why<br> & without authorization.<br> <br> When speaking to the manager Jo-Anne she told me she is busy with<br> month end & will get back to me. I gave her 2 days & she still did not<br> call me back , I called in again & left messages which she never returned.<br> <br> I called her again today & she insists there was damage<br> underneath the bumper , so she charged my credit card.<br> <br> I returned that car spotless & the Avis guy acknowledged the condition &<br> afterwards they come up with this story.<br> <br> They are ****** , they are damaging their good reputation. I just want my money<br> refunded or I will be forced to take legal action against them.<br>
