Avis has not returned my deposit 14 days after car has been returned

I’m so disgusted with Avis I returned the car on 14/10 last week till now my R2500 deposit has not been returned . What is worse is I called Avis Monday and I was told I would get it in 2 days . Till now nothing . Why the hell id Avis keeping my money
