Avis has bad customer service,it is *************, and unreliable

I have not yet received my deposit money back since I returned the Avis car back at Avis Bethlehem on the 19th of July.

I called Avis a number of times and went there personally however the lady that assisted me “Rina Humphries” at Avis Bethlehem kept on telling me that she has been sending emails to head office but they are not getting back to her. Until this day no one has reached out to me it's been over a month now.

I rented a car at Avis trusting that their service is good but at this point I am highly disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to consider Avis due to it’s poor and inconsiderate customer service.
