Avis Great Settlement Process but Check the fine print

Having upgraded a vehicle out of Heathrow I eventually got the settlement bill but it included damages that were attributed to me but I had full Waiver insurance. Eventually Marolise Visagie sorted it out BUT my advice for ALL car rentals is walk round the vehicle with a rental company representative and get them to cosign the damages form if any. Always check the fine print and take out the insurance!
