AVIS, Go team, RED or ELSE!

Hi I rented a car online from AVIS - https://www.avis.co.za, all great nice red website - good prices. Then used the car in George at family holiday - although theres un-clarity if you should give the car back with a full tank of petrol at George airport - I asked an Avis George airport employee wheres the filling station and he laughed in my face said: " No petrol here, the filling station is far away hahaahha!

Anyway my biggest gripe and Did you know if you have an outstanding fine this is direct comment from AVIS employee on facebook: " Avis on facebook: Hi Pierré, thanks for reaching out to us. Please note that the traffic fine administration fee is R325.00 and if we unable to debit that amount, everyday until funds are available that amount will go off. Please provide your rental agreement in order for us to check.

So if you have no funds big red brother Avis wil no keep PUNISHING you until you pay them - make you poorer by and keep doing the deduction to with a deduction penalty until you submit to loving team Red's well polished corporate terms.

Like they say: AVIS - We try harder, to punish you!
