Avis giving out vehicle and billing me

So, let's see if Avis responds to this as the mail I sent on the 7th Feb seems to have been ignored as the automatic voice recording on their call centre line says all mails will be seen to with in 24 hours.

On the 1st,i hired a vehicle, on the 4th, I dropped the vehicle off at King Shaka international around 3pm made sure I filled before the airport and at the airport.

I get a bill yesterday of R711. Sayin the vehicle was dropped off at 4:20am on the 5th, so Avis seems to have hired/borrowed out the vehicle, the client/staff used the vehicle, returned it the next day and with probably half a tank and AVIS billed me.

Please refer to the multiple security measures you have in place such as camera footage to confirm this, I am happy to provide the flight details I had that day.

Iv had awesome service from Avis in the past, Please rectify this injustice asap.
