Avis ********** claims

I rented a vehicle from Avis Menlyn South Africa and after returning the vehicle with a full tank. Avis is charging me for kilometers that I did not travel and fuel that I didn't use. They send me an invoice that I have never seen before and a with a signature that is not mine Reference number *** with an amount payable that was not paid to me.
