AVIS = *****

Worst ever experience, ever. Do not use AVIS at all!! If I could have turn back time I would have just went back to not use this company. It has been a nightmare ever since. I have waited 3 hours for a vehicle at AVIS. They took a deposit from my credit card. We gave the vehicle back and they never paid the deposit back. In the mean time a week after we gave the vehicle back, AVIS just took another R2800 from my credit card just for no reason. Now it is almost 7 days and I still waiting for the money to be paid back into my credit card or feedback from AVIS. This is called thievery and ***** ,AVIS!! I wish there was someone / association that we can report AVIS for this thievery. This is not Treating Costumers fairly! and ABSA is doing nothing also, they just allow it
