Avis Complaint

Avis has committed *****. They charged me for etolls at a toll gate 155 km away that I never went through. But even if I had, their etag was not in the vehicle at all.

I've been told that I need to show them my toll slip or my personal etag account for my One Trip through a toll gate somewhere else in the province to prove that I never made the multiple trips through the toll gate they are charging me for!!!!!

This is not even a sensible request from them.

Don't they track their vehicle's whereabouts to know where it travelled?

They have deducted the cash from my account and now, 4 weeks later there is no response to my follow ups.
