Avis forgetful?

Avis car rental being 40 late to deliver a rental claiming system errors, the shouting in my phone to bolt (they'll pay) back to the office. Reality is that kind of admin will take even longer with their 'system faikure'. Interesting fact is, their call centre told me they were on their way despite system failures and they will be here in 5 mins. Also Interesting that they could suddenly deliver the minute I called. Sound like they just sis not do their admin correctly. How awful to deal them today.
