AVIS employees stole my money

I have raised various complaints, written emails and to no avail. I havent heard back from AVIS nor have they responded to my previous complaint (after saying they would). They have overcharged me and have not returned my funds. It is actually ******* when they refuse to answer my emails.<br> <br> I am taking this further to every possible media outlet, manager I can.
