BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! The vehicle that we hired on the 21st December 2019 at 10:47 Figo 1.5, Reg no. CAA69012 had damaged on the wheel caps in front and back.

The lady that helped me that morning told me about that, that's why we took photos of that. There were only a guy that helped us with the luggage and nobody else, he left after he also showed us the damaged. This was my first time ever renting a car and was not sure what to do!

I'm sure that everybody there is aware of this damage. On return of the vehicle I told the guy of the damaged on the wheel caps and showed him the photos. After several calls and emails no-one respond.

I hope that this will be dealt with honesty.
