Be aware!!! 11 days after I returned the rented vehicle I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Instead of releasing the deposit the account clerk banked it!! How ridiculous! And now I have to use this platform to vent because after speaking to 4 people at Avis you realize that they are all ***********! I'll never use Avis again. Very disappointed in this apparent corporate company.

Zinhle, Marelize and Reecha has not kept to their word to correct your error. Instead of refunding my deposit on 27 March Avis banked my R5250 deposit. I insist that MY deposit be paid back today.
