Avis Durban terrible service

Recently was involved in an accident. The car hiring company was avis through our insurance company. Firstly they sent a guy who didn't know what he was doing and did not instruct on the correct payment method hence paid with my cheque card. Apparently that was not acceptable and thereafter we got NUMEROUR calls from avis downtown durban. We therefore had to pay again using a credit card. I then drive the car which was a ford figo (which came extremely dirty) and find out the dashboard rattles as you drive. I then had to call avis to get another car to which I had they had then brought me a yaris. Now this car the left review mirror mechanism doesn't work. Absolutely disappointed with this company!!
