Avis Durban Central I need my Refund

My brother and I hired a car on the 23rd November and returned it on the 25th November, up until now there is no refund. I have been calling and then yesterday they told me the branch did not upload the invoice and they were going to call and sort it out, Today when I call they tell me they still have not processed my refund and their system is not allowing them to process it today. I need my money today I need to go home and don't have money. I need that money in my brother's account today!!!
