Avis - don't use if you want to go anywhere

<p>Booked a car for collection several weeks ago and when I get to collection at frankfurt airport and after over an hour in the queue, i am told they don't have cars. the attitude is terrible, it's basically tough luck what is the point of booking a car. great start to my holiday avis never again </p>
