Avis doesn't show

Scheduled a drop off with Avis for 12h00, they missed the drop off, didn't inform me, and after making phone calls only received the vehicle at 19h30.

Second incident : Arranged to return the vehicle at a drop off location for 12h00 sharp. Phoned again to confirm. They never showed up. Never phoned or sent an SMS either.

Drove all the way to AVIS myself to drop off and walked all the way back on foot. Very disappointed with Avis.
