Avis does not refund deposit
After numerous emails, AVIS has still not refunded my deposit. They claim to have processed the transaction on 8 Sept, but to date, 27 September, no refund on my bank account, and no response on my emails.

Please be advised that an email was sent to you today, please note that our finance team has confirmed that the credit done on the 08th of Sep was done successfully on our side, to the card ending with XX2219, please note that as the credit was done to the card we would not have a PoP to produce on our side, may you kindly respond to the email sent providing us with your Sep statement showing that the credit was not received for us to investigate further with the finance team.
