Avis does not do business ethically!!!

I rented a Hyundai I10 on the 29th March 2016 at Avis Ormonde Branch, through my insurance company following an accident. The person doing the inspection did not note any of the scratches on the car, I had to point scratches out to him, after pointing out a clear scratch on the front bumper he made a note of it on my rental agreement clearly stating "scratch on front bumper" I then signed without double checking that the marking on his sketch matches the exact place of the scratch on the bumper. I do not feel that this is my responsibility as I am not a employee of Avis. When returning the car today, the 6th May 2016 a different person done the inspection and disputed that the scratch noted on the rental agreement is not the exact place that is noted on the sketch, he is alleging that the scratch on the bumper was caused by me. I do not agree with the way Avis is handling this matter, as it appears as though they are trying to get away from refunding my R1200 deposit that I paid when taking the vehicle. I have been emailing Lerato Ramoba who confirmed with me today that there has been no damages recorded after I returned the car, after sending proof that the scratch was noted on my rental agreement I then received an SMS advising me that the "damages" amount to R1208. Is this not a blatant attempt to ***** my R1200? How many other customers before me has already paid for the exact same scratch? Your company does not do business ethically! I have not received any assistance from your customer service agent and I will definitely not recommend your services to anyone!
