Avis does mot disclose their fees

Hi hi.

I organized a vechile with avis for my client, they wanted a R 350 delivery fee i told them that my company will pay for it..ok that is sorted out now........When they came to deliver the vechile they said there is a R 1450-00 deposit,,,i asked them where does that come from,,they said it is a standard fee,, there is no problem in paying it but no one disclosed it with me and no one told me about it so i could consalt with client.

According to me their communucation is pathetic and they dont disclose nothing...Below is the consultants name and details who did not do their job.. i think she must get fired due to non disclosure...
