Avis - do NOT CARE

I was supposed to collect my car at the airport for a business meeting, I presented my Diners Club confirmation voucher (V103535) car rental voucher number : 1944- 4151-ZA-6/1 to the assistant , I told her unfortunately I do not have my drivers license but I can get my PA to mail her a certified copied, her response was that she is not allowed to do that and she needs the actual drivers license. This I understood and made a few call to get my drivers license dropped at the airport. About 35 minutes later i was already very late for my business meeting I had my drivers license and handed that to the useless assistant, after which she rep**** but she now also need the actual voucher, this is SHOCKING service, no she claims she told me about the voucher, surely if I waited that long for the license would I not have made calls for a voucher? if she really wanted to she could have called the emergency number on the voucher I gave her 30 minutes earlier. I took my license and gladly went to get a car needless to say hassle free from you competitor in within 10 minutes. Never AVIS never again !!!!!
