Avis did not refund me my money they was taken to me without my concern

I rented a car for a period of a month with my business bank account and they billed me as when I was renting the car and extending the contract but then a week later after I then closed my contract on The 10th of November 2017 , on the 17th of November 2017was then notified by an sms of bank notification telling me that I have just swiped my card at Avis king Shaka Airport yet I was not even at the airport. I called the branch and a merchant told me that such things happen but my money should be back into my account within 30days but still not back even today . I called my bank told then to reverse the transaction after 3days of debit but they said they cannot reverse a card purchase transaction. I waited for 30days but still nothing after 17 December and my money still not back into my account it almost months now.
