Avis did not pay refundable deposit!

I had returned my rental on the 2nd of March and the guy had told me it takes 5 to 7 working days for the refunded deposit to come through, today is the 23rd and nothing has come through this is absolute nonsense for a huge rental company like avis I am very upset and disappointed to fight for what's due to me when they have a contract to honor.
