Avis Deposit not REFUNDED 15 days and counting
Most pathetic service ever. I have been fighting for a refund which should have been refunded by Friday last week (rental car received on the 9th July from Avis Strand Branch, car returned same day). It is now the 24th, your policy states refund will be paid within 7-10 days!! Well it’s now beyond that timeframe and I have contacted Avis 4 times! Such shocking customer service !
