Avis deposit handover saga

All that's needed for me to get my money back is a confirmation letter to the bank to let them release the money back to my access, these long stories of feedback and what/not is b.s, because I called the bank and in a just a couple of minutes they confirmed the money is still on hold, but they haven't received anything still from Avis, They can't helpe without you guys confirming thr money can be returned to me without further deductions on your part.A whole month chasing after my money, you got the car back and there weren't any damages and you got your money paid up for the service, why is it hard now for me to get my end of the business bargain when yours is all settled. Do you get the impact that has on my family over R10 000 at this country's economy state?! Already regretting using your services, please let me have my money and move on.
