Avis deception including contract manupilation

<p>The agent of avis is the face of the company.</p> <p>Avis looks you in the eyes and lies!!!! And then when you get to the next branch they just pull up their shoulders and say … we cannot help. I had to beg to get the help line phone nr and that joke is even bigger… they just cut the line after holding for about 10 min - repeatedly!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The day when went to AVISs at the Johannes international airport we asked the agent more than 3 times what was the full amount for the car rental and he said 3 time it is R3828.07 and guess what… when we got to Secunda branch it was almost a R1000 more… and they said… we only work here it is the computer and the system… wow love your sucking service!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> I have come to the conclusion that AVIS do not know the words service and honesty!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When you look at the so called confusing documentation that is just full of conditions and no service… it does not state that VAT and all the later charges is not initially included … even though we stated clearly to the agent when we go the car we wanted the FULL amount…. Avis is cheating and lying with open eyes….Avis does not even blink at the deception…and pathetic excuse for service… If a quote/agreement does not state that VAT is excluded it cannot be added afterwards !!!! all they do is leave you customer with extra cost as they go along…..Now we know why they want such a big deposit… that they can ***** more once they got you so sign and return the vehicle !!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> No wonder car rental has a bad name !!!!!!</p>
