AVIS **************** after accident

<p>On tghe 22nd December 2017 i rented a car with Avis but aunfortunately i had an accident then the front bumper was damaged. I went to have the car replaced and i was given the same model but scratched it underneath the passenger's front side. I acknowledged that obviously there was some excess amount that i will have to pay as per my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my suprise for the bumper i was charged R21307.02 and for the scratch i was charcged R4082.16 which adds up to R25389.18. i was shocked when i received a call from one of their consultant saying that i am now liable to pay R35977.71 even though the combined amount does not even come close to that. My contract stated that the maximum amount that i can pay for each rental is R20000.00, AVIS does not care about people like they claim they only care about money.</p>
