Avis Damage Claim(Damage refno: 19/916621, E ***)

Avis Capetown International Airport is holding me liable for a scratch on the left lower side of the front bumper of the vehicle which I collected on the 26th of February 2019 @ 9am. Despite having taken pictures of the vehicle before leaving the parking bay, clearly inidacting the scratch in question and after disputing their claim, they still rep**** that they would still hold me liable for the repair of the damage.

This was the second occurance in a row with Avis. The later experience was with Avis @ OR Thambo International Airport. Some of my colleagues had the same experiences but unfortunately without any photos or proof.

The dispute is still to be withdrawn by Avis.
