Avis damage claim scandal

I'm a premium client of Avis who have been de*****ed twice by OR Tambo. The first incident I borrowed a car brought it back to OR Tambo, I was called after by a guy saying he found a hole in the bumper. Mind you, I checked the car with an inspector and his supervisor upon return meaning 3 eyes checked the car. The guy from the workshop who called me said the guy "inspector" confessed to making a mistake on inspection. Till today I have not been paid back over R3000 worth of wrongfull damages. It has now happened again and they charged me R4000. Be careful guys.
