After dropping off my car at Avis Sandton and getting it inspected by Nenzelele who confirmed it was fine. I got a call saying the car had hail damage, which is ridiculous as it had not hailed in Sandton in the period I had the car and I park in ba*****t at home and at work. I went to Avis to rectify this only to get told it was a mistake. Today they sent me a quote of R4000 for damages. Are these people forreal?! Such ****mers
