Avis CT manager goes all out to refuse car hire yet she charges me

I was at CT airport and was the first time I see a manager who goes out of her way to ensure you not getting help. I book a car on line, when I get to AVIS I'm told they need to verify my bank card "FNB instructions". Then they come back to say the surname on the card and the one on the license are different. ohh yes, the other had my ****en surname. I show them my ID, my other cards and the drivers license to proof they all belong to me. No they call the manager. I even explain two weeks ago I hired a car with the same card and I did not have problems. Ohh, now the manager is taking the person who assisted me for disciplinary because they don't follow procedure and there I don't get the car. I left and got a car at 1st car rental...I salute them. Now Avis took money from my account....they call it cancellation fee. I am actually very annoyed with AVIS. Last they recorded wrong km and deduct close to 20K, it had to take some investigation before is sorted. Now they refuse me a car and they charge me cancellation fee. Well congratulations AVIS and a big up to the manager at CT airport I found a new home in 1st car rental. however pay back the money.
